Cleaning Supplies
Most, if not all, caretakers and caretaking agencies require you to provide vinyl gloves to do the dirty work.

Since you will likely not be able to stand independently, these disposable wipes are very helpful for bathroom tasks like washing your hands, face, and other areas. Hint: Even if it says flushable, do not flush it in the toilet. You may get a clogged toilet, which will make your problems much worse. Dispose of it in a wastebasket covered by a plastic shopping bag or trash bag.

Essential pain relief
Helps you fall asleep, along with pain relief
Can help improve bone strength by boosting the amount of calcium in your bones. Also good for your nerve health. However, it can also act as a blood thinner which is not helpful in rebuilding new bone. Best to avoid taking it during lengthening. You should only take this during consolidation.
This was not mentioned in my nutrition video. I learned about this and started using it 6 months after surgery. There is evidence that it helps with bone healing.
Scar Healing Products
After the sutures (stitches) of your surgical scars are removed and your surgical scars are closed, you can apply silicone scar tape to help your scars heal more efficiently and become less visible at the end. Watch YouTube videos on how to apply these. Recommend using these for 1 to 2 months after your surgical scars are closed. You will need scissors as well. A link to small scissors on Amazon is also provided.

Another doctor-recommended product to help scars heal more efficiently. For closed scars only, after the sutures (stitches) are removed. Recommend using this for 2 months or more after you are done using the scar tape.
